You give us one photo. The video model keeps your face, hair, skin tone and outfit, puts you on a city street facing the camera, and then copies of you step out from behind, one after another, until a full line stands side by side and strikes the same pose at once.

There is no green screen, no tripod and no masking frame by frame. The whole clip is generated from the photo, so every copy wears the same outfit and keeps the same face.
